25 days of Christmas, days 3, 4 and 5

I’m 3 days behind because of my weekend away, so let’s work on this.

Day 3: Favorite Christmas episode of a television show.
Abed’s Uncontrollable Christmas from Community.

A whole episode made on claymation that includes a Christmas pterodactyl, Brittabot, hilarious Christmas songs and the first season of Lost being the meaning of Christmas? Oh, I’m in!

I don’t even know how to express my feelings for this episode, all I can say is everybody should watch it and feel something warm inside their hearts.

Day 4: Favorite Christmas tradition
Cola de Mono. Simply the best drink ever and I just can’t get enough of it.

Day 5: Favorite kind of Christmas cookies.
The kind that my friend Daniela makes? I don’t even know what she does, but those things taste delicious. Last year I got a whole can of cookies for myself and it was one of the best gifts I’ever ever gotten.

So I kind of have an idea. Would anyone be interested on a Christ,as gifts exchange?
I remember that in good old livejournal, we used to post lists of what we wanted for Christmas, not fancy stuff, obviously, but things you could give to your online friends, like links to download/watch a tv show, a postcard, a Christmas card, a mix tape (and you had to send a physical copy of it, of course), a magazine, a drawing, gifs from a certain movie/show, that kind of things and our friends would read it and say “hey, I’ll get you X thing!” and you could scratch it from your list. In return, you had to take a look to your friends’ lists and get them something too.
It was a nice thing to do and we got all in the spirit. So I was wondering if you guys would like to do that. Let me know, please :D

25 Days of ChristmasDay 2: Favorite Christmas movie
Elf.
I pretty much love every Christmas movie ever made (and I can’t wait to watch Arthur Christmas), especially all the “A Christmas Carol” versions, I always find something new and beautiful on them and the fact that I used to read and read and read the book non-stop when I was child helps a lot (I wonder where my book is, btw. Something tells me the grandma has it), but my favorite movie overall has to be Elf.
It’s just so silly and beautiful! And this is the song that made me fall in love with “Baby, it’s cold outside”, a song I wish to perform with someone at some point in my life. From the scenes at the North Pole to the chase on Central Park, there’s not a single thing I dislike on this movie. It’s all butterflies, rainbows and New York.
My photoshop was acting weird and didn’t allow me to make a pretty gif *sad face*

I think I’m gonna post a Christmas song a day until the 25th…

The Code of the Elves

  1. Treat every day like Christmas.
  2. There’s room for everyone on the nice list.
  3. The best way to spread Christmas cheer is singing loud for all to hear.

The same gif was on my dash 3 times in a row.
I can feel the Christmas magic near.
